Section 68
(1)
There shall be established in and for any area in Malaysia as the Minister may by order declare, a body to be known as Royal
Malaysia Police Cadet Corps (hereinafter referred to as “the Cadet
Corps”) which shall consist of such number of senior Cadet Corps officers, junior Cadet Corps officers and cadets as may from time to time be sanctioned by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
(2)
The Cadet Corps shall be organized in such divisions, subdivisions and units as may from time to time be prescribed.
(3)
The Cadet Corps shall be affiliated to the Force but members of the Cadet Corps shall not be police officers within the meaning of this Act.
