Members of the Cadet Corps

Section 69
(1)

Any person (not being a member of the Armed Forces of

Malaysia or any force established under any written law), not below the age of twenty-one or above the age of fifty years, who is in possession of such qualifications as may be prescribed, may offer himself and may be accepted for appointment as a senior Cadet Corps officer.

(2)

Any person, who is undergoing full time education in such school as may be prescribed by the Minister, may enrol and be accepted in the Cadet Corps as a cadet.
