Section 83

All monies and other assets or properties if any comprised in or held under or on behalf of any police fund constituted or established under any law repealed by this Act including any interest accrued thereon if any immediately before the commencement of this Act shall upon the commencement of this Act be deemed to be transferred to and shall form part of the Fund established under this Part.
