Section 35

(1)

Every vessel lying alongside a wharf or within any dock shall be kept so equipped, provided and loaded or ballasted as to enable her to be removed with safety whenever it is necessary in the judgment of the wharf superintendent that it shall be removed.

Offences of an authority pilot

(2)

Any master or owner of a ship contravening subsection (1) shall be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit.
