Section 35B
(1)
An authority pilot or an employee licensed under subsection 29CA(1) of a licensed operator shall not demand or receive, and a master, owner or agent shall not offer or pay to any pilot, any other rate in respect of pilotage services, whether greater or less than the rate which is prescribed by law.
(2)
An authority pilot, an employee of a licensed operator, master, owner or agent who acts in contravention of this section shall be liable for each offence to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit and the licence of the pilot may be suspended or cancelled.
