Transfer of property to the authority

Section 5
(1)
The Minister may from time to time by order authorize the transfer to the authority of any movable or immovable property of the
Government which he considers should be vested in that authority.
(2)
The authority shall cause any property transferred under this section to be valued as at the date of transfer, and shall forthwith cause details of such valuation to be shown on its accounts.
