Section 9
(1)
The accounts and records shall at all reasonable times be open to the inspection of—
(a)
any member of the authority;
(b)
(Deleted by Act A784);
(c)
any other person specially authorized to inspect the accounts by the Minister.
(2)
The books of accounts shall be kept at the Head Office of the authority.
(3)
(Deleted by Act A784).
