Section 12
The Registrar shall keep a Register for the purposes of this
Act, in which shall be entered the name of every person who was the subject of the inquiry against whom the Board has reversed the finding under paragraph 10A(1)(b) or confirmed the finding under paragraph 10A(2)(a) together with such other particulars as may be prescribed by the Minister.
(2)
The Board may, if it considers in the interest of public order or security to do so, with or without inquiry under this Act direct the
Registrar to enter in the Register the name, and such other particulars as may be prescribed, of any person who is a member of any of the registrable categories prescribed in Part II of the First Schedule.
