Section 13
(1)
Where the Director General decides to proceed with an application for a licence, the Director General shall appoint two or more persons to inspect the premises where aged healthcare facilities and services are to be provided to ascertain whether or not such premises complies with the standards or requirements.
(2)
The persons appointed under subsection (1) shall submit a report of the inspection to the Director General as soon as practicable.
