Grant of licence

Section 14
(1)
Where the Director General is satisfied with the report of the inspection under subsection 13(2), the Director General may grant a licence to operate a private aged healthcare facilities and services at such premises.
(2)
A licence shall be in such form and contain such particulars as the Director General shall determine.
(3)
A licence shall be subject to the payment of the prescribed fee.
