Section 43
(1)
The Director General shall maintain in both physical and electronic forms a Register of all licensed private aged healthcare facilities and services in such form and manner as the Director
General shall determine.

(2)
Any person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, inspect and make copies or take extracts of an entry in the Register.
