Section 45
(1)
The Director General may delegate any of the powers or duties of the Director General, other than the power under section 44, to any officer under the control, direction and supervision of the Director General subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as the Director General thinks fit.
(2)
A delegation under this section shall not preclude the
Director General himself from performing or exercising at any time any of the delegated powers or duties.
