Section 79 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in paragraph (a), by deleting the word “or” at the end of the paragraph;
(b)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the comma at the end of the paragraph the words “; or”; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
“(c) person who, on making any application,”.
