(a)
in paragraph (c), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(b)
in paragraph (d), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph the words “; and”; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:
“(e) any other information, particulars or documents as may be required by the Registrar General.”.
