- BAHAWASANYA disebabkan oleh suatu darurat besar berlaku yang mengancam keselamatan, kehidupan ekonomi dan ketenteraman awam di dalam sebahagian daripada Persekutuan iaitu di Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.054 Gerik, Perak berikutan wabak penyakit berjangkit, iaitu Penyakit Koronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), Proklamasi Darurat (No. 2) [P.U. (A) 356/2020] telah dikeluarkan oleh BETA di bawah Fasal (1) Perkara 150 Perlembagaan Persekutuan pada dua belas hari bulan Disember, dua ribu dua puluh: DAN

- BAHAWASANYA BETA berpuas hati bahawa keperluan Proklamasi Darurat (No. 2) itu telah berakhir dan suatu tindakan untuk membatalkan Proklamasi Darurat itu adalah dikehendaki: DAN BAHAWASANYA selaras dengan Fasal (1) dan (3) Perkara 150 Perlembagaan Persekutuan BETA boleh membatalkan suatu Proklamasi Darurat: MAKA, OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, BETA, AL-SULTAN ABDULLAH RI’AYATUDDIN AL-MUSTAFA BILLAH SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN HAJI AHMAD SHAH AL-MUSTA’IN BILLAH, dengan Kurnia Allah, Yang di-Pertuan Agong bagi Negeri-Negeri dan wilayah-wilayah Malaysia, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada BETA sebagaimana yang tersebut di atas, MEMBATALKAN Proklamasi Darurat (No. 2). P.U. (A) 317 3 DIKELUARKAN di Istana Negara BETA di Kuala Lumpur, Ibu Kota Persekutuan, pada enam hari bulan Oktober, dua ribu dua puluh dua. - WHEREAS by reason of the existence of a grave emergency threatening the security, economic life and public order of a part of the Federation namely the Parliamentary Constituency of P.054 Gerik, Perak arising from the epidemic of an infectious disease, namely Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Proclamation of Emergency (No. 2) [P.U. (A) 356/2020] has been issued by US under Clause (1) of Article 150 of the Federal Constitution on the twelfth day of December, two thousand twenty: AND WHEREAS WE are satisfied that the need for the Proclamation of Emergency (No. 2) has ended and an action to revoke the Proclamation of Emergency is required: AND WHEREAS consistent with Clauses (1) and (3) of Article 150 of the Federal Constitution WE may revoke a Proclamation of Emergency: NOW, THEREFORE, WE, AL-SULTAN ABDULLAH RI’AYATUDDIN AL-MUSTAFA BILLAH SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN HAJI AHMAD SHAH AL-MUSTA’IN BILLAH, by the Grace of Allah, Yang di-Pertuan Agong of the States and territories of Malaysia, in exercise of the powers conferred on US as aforesaid, REVOKE the Proclamation of Emergency (No. 2). P.U. (A) 317 5 ISSUED at OUR Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Capital, this sixth day of October, two thousand twenty two.
