  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Arms Act 21/60. 1960, the Minister makes the following regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Arms (Fees) Regulations 1978 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July 1978.

The fees specified in the Second Schedule to the Arms Act 1960 Fees are substituted by the following—

(a)

For each air-gun, air pistol and spear-gun ... $ 20.00

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh Perintah Duti Kastam 1978, Ketua Pengarah Kastam mentakrifkan istilah-istilah "completely knocked down" dan "completely built-up" mengenai motosikal, autosikal dan basikal yang dipasangkan dengan motor tambahan yang terdapat di ruangan 2 bersetentangan dengan nombor-nombor kepala 87.09 200, 87.09 910, 87.09 921 dan 87.09 929 dalam Jadual Pertama kepada Perintah Duti Kastam 1978, seperti di dalam Jadual bersama ini. Takrif "completely knocked down" dan "completely built-up" seperti di dalam Jadual bersama ini hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb September 1978. P.U. (A) 247 yang disiarkan pada 14hb Ogos 1975 adalah dibatalkan.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the Customs Duties Order 1978, the Director-General of Customs defines the terms "completely knocked down" and "completely built-up" in respect of motor-cycles, autocycles and cycles fitted with an auxiliary motor, appearing in column 2 against the heading numbers 87.09 200, 87.09 910, 87.09 921 and 87.09 929 in the First Schedule to the Customs Duties Order 1978, as in the Schedule hereto. CUSTOMS DUTIES ORDER 1978 CUSTOMS ACT 1967 This definition of "completely knocked down" and "completely built up" as in the Schedule hereto shall be effective from the 1st September 1978. P.U. (A) 247 published on the 14th August 1975 is cancelled.
