PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Akta Akta 234. Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya Nama (Pindaan) 1985.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta ini adalah dipinda dengan—

(a)

memasukkan butiran "Dimethoxybromoamphetamine (DOM)" selepas sahaja butiran "Dimepheptanol"; dan

(b)

memasukkan butiran "Methylenedioxy-amphetamine (MDA)" selepas sahaja butiran "Methyldihydromorphine".

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Act 234. Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Citation. Order 1985.

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended by (a) inserting the item "Dimethoxybromoamphetamine (DOM)" immediately after the item "Dimepheptanol"; and

(b)

inserting the item "Methylenedioxy-amphetamine (MDA)" immediately after the item "Methyldihydromorphine".
