Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, the Minister makes the following order:

This Order may be cited as the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons (Amendment) Order 1985.

Part II of the First Schedule (Sarawak) to the Act is amended by deleting the following item:

"Cap. 119 ... Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 4, 5, 6, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24".
