Opening note
Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 Akta Audit 1957, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
(1)
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Audit 1957 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan "lapan ribu lima ratus dua puluh ringgit" dengan perkataan "lapan ribu enam ratus tujuh puluh ringgit".
(2)
Subperenggan (1) hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 1995.

AUDIT (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 1998
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Audit Act 1957, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Audit (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1998.
Seksyen 2
(1)
The First Schedule to the Audit Act 1957 is amended by substituting for the words "eight thousand five hundred and twenty ringgit" the words "eight thousand six hundred and seventy ringgit".
(2)
Subparagraph (1) shall be deemed to have come into force on 1 January 1995.
