Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 12 Akta Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya 1957 [Akta 31], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

(1)

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (Pindaan Jadual) 2005.

(2)

Peraturan-Peraturan ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 November 2002.

Pindaan Jadual

Seksyen 2

Jadual kepada Akta dipinda dalam perenggan 1—

(a)

dengan menggantikan angka “8,603.10” dengan angka “8,713.10”;

(b)

dengan menggantikan angka “7,284.20” dengan angka “7,394.20”;

dan

(c)

dengan menggantikan angka “5,282.86” dengan angka “5,347.86”.

ELECTION COMMISSION (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 2005

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Election Commission Act 1957 [Act 31], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

Seksyen 1

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Election Commission (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2005.

(2)

These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 November 2002.

P.U. (A) 19.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Act is amended in paragraph 1—

(a)

by substituting for the figures “8,603.10” the figures “8,713.10”;

(b)

by substituting for the figures “7,284.20” the figures “7,394.20”; and

(c)

by substituting for the figures “5,282.86” the figures “5,347.86”.
