Jadual Pertama kepada Akta dipinda dalam Bahagian I—

(a)

dengan memotong perkataan “atau” di hujung perenggan (r);

(b)

dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung perenggan (s) dengan koma bernoktah; dan

(c)

dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (s) perenggan yang berikut:

“(t)

peperiksaan akhir INTI International University untuk Ijazah

Sarjana Muda Perakaunan (Kepujian).”.

ACCOUNTANTS ACT 1967

ACCOUNTANTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(7) of the Accountants Act 1967

[Act 94], the Minister, after seeking the advice of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment of First Schedule)

Order 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Act is amended in Part I—

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (r);

(b)

by substituting for the full stop at the end of paragraph (s) a semicolon;

and

(c)

by inserting after paragraph (s) the following paragraph:

“(t)

the final examination of the INTI International University for the

Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours).”.
