PRICE CONTROL AND ANTI-PROFITEERING

(DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM PRICE) (NO. 4) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4

of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering

(Determination of Maximum Price) (No. 4) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2015.

Maximum producer price 2.

The maximum producer price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the Schedule shall be as specified in column (3)(i) of the Schedule.

Maximum wholesale price 3.

The maximum wholesale price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the Schedule shall be as specified in column (3)(ii) of the Schedule.

Maximum retail price 4.

The maximum retail price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1)

of the Schedule shall be as specified in column (3)(iii) of the Schedule.
