PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS
(CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) (NO. 13) ORDER 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1)
of the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications
(Control of Undesirable Publications) (No. 13) Order 2015.
Prohibition 2.
The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publications described in the Schedule which are likely to be prejudicial to public order and likely to alarm public opinion are absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
