FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kelantan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 9 July 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “Negeri Kelantan Darul Naim”—

(a)

by inserting after item 38 the following item:

“39.

(Route 482): Pasir Puteh–Tok Bali Road

From its junction with Route 3, Kota Bharu-Kuala Terengganu

Road at Pasir Puteh at coordinate N 5.836304, E 102.386504

and ending at its junction with Route 189, Jalan Pesisir

Pantai Kelantan at Tok Bali at coordinate N 5.896735,

E 102.477129 as shown on the Map 12: Pasir Puteh-Tok Bali Road

(a distance of 12.5 km).”; and

by inserting after the MAP 11: FEDERAL ROADS OF NEGERI KELANTAN the following map:
