Bagi maksud mengira bilangan gandar dan roda sesebuah kenderaan, gandar dan roda mana-mana treler yang ditarik oleh kenderaan itu hendaklah termasuk sebagai sebahagian daripada gandar dan roda kenderaan itu.”.

FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS) (NORTH SOUTH

EXPRESSWAY CENTRAL LINK AND KLIA EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads

(Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(Collection of Tolls) (North South Expressway Central Link and KLIA Expressway)

(Amendment) Order 2015.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (North South

Expressway Central Link and KLIA Expressway) Order 2002 [P.U. (A) 437/2002], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 3(1) by substituting for the words “Third Schedule C” wherever appearing the words

“Third Schedule D”.

3. The principal Order is amended by inserting after Third Schedule C the following

For the purpose of calculating the number of axles and wheels of a vehicle, the axles and wheels of any trailer towed by the vehicle shall be included as part of the axles and wheels of the vehicle.”.
