(GUTHRIE CORRIDOR EXPRESSWAY)(NO. 2)(AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private

Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

Tolls)(Guthrie

Corridor

Expressway)(No.

2)(Amendment)

Order 2015.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The Federal Roads (Private Management)(Collection of Tolls)(Guthrie Corridor

Expressway)(No. 2) Order 2005 [P.U. (A) 298/2005] is amended in the First Schedule in the heading, by substituting for the words “30 JUNE 2015” the words

“31 AUGUST 2015”.
