- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

[P.U. (A) 18/1989] yang memperuntukkan had laju 90 kilometer sejam bagi semua jalan di Malaysia, selain jalan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual kepada Perintah Had Laju
Kebangsaan 1989, hendaklah terhenti berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh mulai 12 Februari 2015 hingga 26 Februari 2015.

Apabila habis tempoh Perintah ini, subperenggan 2(1) Perintah Had Laju
Kebangsaan 1989 hendaklah berkuat kuasa seolah-olah Perintah ini tidak dibuat.

NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (TEMPORARY CESSATION) ORDER 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Temporary
Cessation) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order has effect from 12 February 2015 to 26 February 2015.

(1)
Subparagraph 2(1)
of the
National
Speed
Limit
Order 1989
[P.U. (A) 18/1989] which provides the speed limit of 90 kilometres per hour for all roads in Malaysia, other than the roads described in the Schedule to the National Speed Limit
Order 1989, shall cease to have effect for the period from 12 February 2015 to 26 February 2015.

Upon the expiry of this Order, subparagraph 2(1) of the National Speed
Limit Order 1989 shall have effect as if this Order has not been made.
