dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam subperenggan 2(1) dengan menggantikan perkataan
“ruang (3)” di mana-mana jua terdapat, dengan perkataan “ruang (2)”.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(Amendment)
(No. 3) Order 2015.
Seksyen 2
The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (South Klang Valley
Expressway) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 309/2013], which is referred to as the “principal Order”
in this Order, is amended in the subparagraph 2(1) by substituting for the words
“column (3)” wherever appearing, the words “column (2)”.
Substitution of First Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following

Vehicle having two axles and three or four wheels (excluding taxi and bus)

Vehicle having two axles and six wheels (excluding bus)

For the purpose of calculating the number of axles and wheels of a vehicle, the axles and wheels of any trailer towed by the vehicle shall be calculated as part of the axles and wheels of the vehicles.”.
