(EAST COAST EXPRESSWAY-PHASE 2) (AMENDENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 15(1)

of the Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 [Act 231], the Authority, with the approval of the Minister of Works and with the concurrence of the Minister of

Finance, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Highway Authority Malaysia

Coast

Expressway-Phase 2)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2015.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2016.

Amendment of paragraph 1 2.

The Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) (Collection of Tolls)

(East Coast Expressway-Phase 2) Order 2015 [P.U. (A) 136/2015], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 1(2)

by substituting for the words “31 December 2015” the words “31 March 2016”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.

The First Schedule to the principal Order is amended in the heading by substituting for the words “31 DECEMBER 2015” the words “31 MARCH 2016”.
