Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AB of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the Prime Minister, after consulting the Chief Justice of the Federal Court, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Constitution of the High Courts
(Judicial Commissioner) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 13 October 2014.
Appointment of Judicial Commissioners 2.
Dr. Sabirin bin Ja’afar and Dr. Choo Kah Sing are appointed to be Judicial
Commissioners for a period of two years with effect from 13 October 2014.
