Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 10 Akta Fi 1951 [Akta 209], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Fi bagi Pasport Malaysia yang kena dibayar di bawah subbutiran 2I(c) Perintah
Fi (Pasport dan Visa) 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] diremitkan―
(a)
satu ratus peratus berkenaan dengan orang kurang upaya yang didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 24 Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008
[Akta 685] dan mempunyai Kad OKU yang dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 25 Akta 685; dan
(i)
orang yang berumur 60 tahun dan ke atas; dan
(ii)
jemaah haji.

FEES (PASSPORTS AND VISAS) (REMISSION OF FEES) ORDER 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Fees (Passports and Visas)
(Remission of Fees) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 15 January 2015.
Remission of fees 2.
The fees for Malaysia Passport payable under subitem 2I(c) of the Fees
(Passports and Visas) Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] is remitted―
(a)
one hundred percent in respect of persons with disabilities registered under section 24 of the Person With Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685] and having Kad OKU issued under section 25 of Act 685; and
(i)
persons of the age of 60 years and above; and
(ii)
hajj pilgrims.
