CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 2015

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment)

(No. 2) Regulations 2015.

These Regulations come into operation on 6 May 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 162/1977] are amended in the First

Schedule in Part V under the heading “Inland Customs Station” by deleting the word

“Ipoh” and the particulars relating to it.
