Harga pengeluar maksimum bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama bagi Negeri Sabah dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan ditentukan mengikut daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering

(Determination of Maximum Price) (No. 3) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order has effect for the period from 23 May 2019 to 5 June 2019.
