- BAHAWASANYA menurut kuasa Fasal (1) Perkara 112D Perlembagaan Persekutuan, pemberian khas yang dibuat untuk Negeri Sabah yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan (a) Fasal (1) Perkara 112C Perlembagaan Persekutuan hendaklah dikaji semula oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan dan Kerajaan Negeri Sabah; DAN BAHAWASANYA kajian semula telah dilakukan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan dan Kerajaan Negeri Sabah pada 14 Februari 2022; DAN BAHAWASANYA hasil kajian semula tersebut Kerajaan Persekutuan dan Kerajaan Negeri Sabah bersetuju bahawa selama tempoh lima tahun mulai 2022 hingga 2026, Kerajaan Persekutuan hendaklah memberikan Kerajaan Negeri Sabah, berkenaan dengan setiap tahun kewangan tersebut, pemberian lain sebagai menggantikan pemberian yang dibuat di bawah Perentah Pemberian Khas Sabah (Ulangkaji Pertama), 1970 [P.U. Pemberian khas
Bagi tempoh lima tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2022, Kerajaan Persekutuan hendaklah membuat kepada Negeri Sabah, berkenaan dengan tahun kewangan 2022,
2023, 2024, 2025 dan 2026, pemberian berjumlah RM125.6 juta, RM129.7 juta,
RM133.8 juta, RM138.1 juta dan RM142.6 juta masing-masingnya.

(STATE OF SABAH) ORDER 2022
Opening note
Preamble
- WHEREAS by virtue of Clause (1) of Article 112D of the Federal Constitution, the special grant made to the State of Sabah as specified in paragraph (a) Clause (1) of Article 112C of the Federal Constitution shall be reviewed by the Governments of the Federation and the State of Sabah; AND WHEREAS the review was held by the Governments of the Federation and the State of Sabah on 14 February 2022; AND WHEREAS the said review has resulted in the Governments of the Federation and the State of Sabah agreeing that for the period of five years with effect from 2022 to 2026, the Government of the Federation shall make to the Government of the State of Sabah, in respect of each financial year, another grant instead of the grant made under the Sabah Special Grant (First Review) Order, 1970 [P.U. (A) 328/1970]; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 112D of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Federal Constitution (Review of Special Grant under Article 112D) (State of Sabah) Order 2022. Special grant 2. For a period of five years with effect from 1 January 2022, the Government of the Federation shall make to the State of Sabah, in respect of the financial year 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, grants in the amount of RM125.6 million, RM129.7 million, RM133.8 million, RM138.1 million and RM142.6 million respectively. Revocation 3. The Sabah Special Grant (First Review) Order, 1970 [P.U. (A) 328/1970] is revoked. P.U.
