Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Mei 2022.
Butir-butir iklan mengenai pusat bertauliah atau program bertauliah
Tiap-tiap iklan mengenai pusat bertauliah atau program bertauliah oleh penyedia latihan kemahiran hendaklah mengandungi butir-butir yang berikut:
kod pusat bertauliah yang dikeluarkan oleh Ketua Pengarah kepada penyedia latihan kemahiran;
apa-apa maklumat lain yang ditentukan oleh
Ketua
Pengarah sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam laman sesawang rasmi
Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran, Kementerian Sumber Manusia.

Bahasa
Tiap-tiap iklan mengenai pusat bertauliah atau program bertauliah oleh penyedia latihan kemahiran hendaklah dalam bahasa kebangsaan.
Sebagai tambahan kepada bahasa kebangsaan, mana-mana bahasa lain boleh digunakan dalam iklan mengenai pusat bertauliah atau program bertauliah oleh penyedia latihan kemahiran.
Saiz fon perkataan “Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran”
Sekiranya perkataan “Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran” digunakan dalam iklan mengenai pusat bertauliah atau program bertauliah oleh penyedia latihan kemahiran, saiz fon perkataan itu hendaklah separuh daripada saiz fon yang digunakan bagi nama pusat bertauliah.
Kesalahan
Peraturan-Peraturan ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.

NATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (ADVERTISEMENT) REGULATIONS 2022
Opening note
These regulations may be cited as the National Skills Development
(Advertisement) Regulations 2022.
These Regulations come into operation on 1 May 2022.
Particulars of advertisement on accredited centre or accredited programme 2.
Every advertisement on an accredited centre or accredited programme by a skills training provider shall contain the following particulars:
the name of the company and company registration number of the skills training provider;
the code of the accredited centre issued by the Director General to the skills training provider;
the address of the premise, telephone number and e-mail address of the accredited centre; and
any other information determined by the Director General as published in the official website of the Department of Skills Development,
Ministry of Human Resources.

Language 3.
Every advertisement on an accredited centre or accredited programme by a skills training provider shall be in the national language.
In addition to the national language, any other languages may be used in the advertisement on an accredited centre or accredited programme by a skills training provider.
Font size of the words “Department of Skills Development”
Where the words “Department of Skills Development” are used in the advertisement on an accredited centre or accredited programme by a skills training provider, the size of the fonts of such words shall be half of the size of the fonts used for the name of the accredited centre.
Offence 5.
Any person who contravenes any provision of these Regulations commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both.
