- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 14(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Bahagian 1 Jadual dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 115 dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

(i)
That the goods are imported solely to be used for laptops including notebooks or in an aircraft;
(ii)
that the goods are imported or purchased from a licensed warehouse or licensed manufacturing warehouse under sections 65 or 65A of the Act;
(iii)
any other conditions the
Director General may deem fit to impose

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption) 2017
(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 June 2022.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in
Part I of the Schedule by inserting after item 115 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:

Any person
Lithium ion of a kind used for laptops including notebooks and subnotebooks or aircraft
(i)
That the goods are imported solely to be used for laptops including notebooks or in an aircraft;
(ii)
