Kolej MSU Sentral (Nombor Perakuan Pendaftaran: DK248-05(W)) daripada pemakaian subseksyen 24A(3) Akta berhubung dengan permohonan bagi pembaharuan pendaftarannya sebagai suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta yang telah habis tempoh pada 31 Disember 2018.

Pengecualian di bawah subperenggan (1) adalah tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa Kolej MSU Sentral mengemukakan permohonan bagi pembaharuan pendaftaran sebelum 30 Jun 2022.

(EXEMPTION TO MSU COLLEGE SENTRAL) ORDER 2022

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 92(1) of the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 [Act 555], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Private Higher Educational Institutions (Exemption to MSU College Sentral) Order 2022. Exemption 2.

MSU College Sentral (Certificate of Registration Number: DK248-05(W)) from the application of subsection 24A(3) of the Act in relation to the application for renewal of its registration as a private higher educational institution which has expired on 31 December 2018.

The exemption under subparagraph (1) is subject to the condition that
