COPYRIGHT (AUTHORIZED ENTITY) ORDER 2022
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 13(2C) of the Copyright Act 1987
[Act 332], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Copyright (Authorized Entity)
Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 June 2022.
Non-profit making body or institution 2.
The non-profit making body or institution specified in the Schedule is prescribed as an authorized entity.
