FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10) ORDER 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the

Minister, after consultation with the

State

Government of

Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 10) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the

First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan”—

(a)

by inserting after item 59 the following item:

(Route 56): Gap–Fraser Hill Road

Starting from Route 55, Kuala Kubu Baru-Gap Road at coordinates
