IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2022. Amendment of Second Schedule 2. The Medical Act 1971 is amended in the Second Schedule in relation to the country of “Australia”, by substituting for the item “University of Adelaide” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars: Name of Institution granting qualification Description of qualification “The University of Adelaide Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (recognized on 15 January 1971) Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine (recognized on 19 November 2020)”.
