Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 12) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 16 September 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman”—

(a)

by inserting after item 27 the following item:

“28.

(Route 3): Tok Adis-Durian Burung Bypass Road

Starting from the state road boundary, Tok Adis Road at coordinates

N 5.282053, E 103.149355 and ending at coordinates N 5.307602,

E 103.109870 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on

MAP 14: TOK ADIS-DURIAN BURUNG BYPASS ROAD (a distance of 5.885 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 13: KUALA TERENGGANU-KUANTAN ROAD,

NEGERI TERENGGANU DARUL IMAN, the following map:
