LAND ACQUISITION ACT 1960
LAND ACQUISITION (VALUATION FEE) RULES 2022
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(5) and paragraph 69(d)
of the Land Acquisition Act 1960 [Act 486], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following rules:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These rules may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Valuation Fee)
Rules 2022.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 1 October 2022.
Valuation fee 2.
The valuation fee for an award made under subsection 14(1) of the Act shall be as prescribed in the Schedule.

A.
The valuation fee for an award between RM1.00 to RM1,000,000.00
shall be as follows:
