CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 142

of the

Customs Act 2014 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment)

Regulations 2022.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 15 February 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs Regulations 2019 [P.U. (A) 397/2019], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in the First Schedule in relation to—

(a)

Part I, in respect of Sarawak, by inserting after item ICQS Lubok Antu and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
