  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kelantan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 15) Order 2022.

This Order comes into operation on 21 October 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Kelantan Darul Naim” —

(a)

by substituting for item 44 the following item:

“44.

(Route 34): Lingkaran Tengah Utama

Starting from coordinates N 4.763371, E 102.004455 and ending at Pahang-Kelantan state boundary at coordinates N 4.747632,

E 102.005755 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 18: LINGKARAN TENGAH UTAMA,

NEGERI KELANTAN (a distance of 1.770 km).”; and
