PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 80(1) Akta Yayasan Labuan 2010 [Akta 706], Menteri, atas syor Lembaga, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Yayasan Labuan (Pindaan) 2022.

(2)

Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2023.

Penggantian Jadual Ketiga

Peraturan-Peraturan Yayasan Labuan 2010 [P.U. (A) 418/2010] dipinda dengan menggantikan Jadual Ketiga dengan jadual yang berikut:

LABUAN FOUNDATIONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Labuan Foundations Act 2010 [Act 706], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Authority, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Labuan Foundations

(Amendment) Regulations 2022.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2023.

Substitution of Third Schedule 2.

The Labuan Foundations Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 418/2010] are amended by substituting for the Third Schedule the following schedule:
