  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 [Act 118], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2022. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts Venus Assets Sdn. Bhd. (Housing Developer’s License Number: 10647-1/06-2014/566) from 6 May 2013 from the application of—

(b)

Housing Development (Housing Development Account) Regulations 1991

[P.U. (A) 231/1991]; and

Suggest a correction

(c)

provision of uniform contract for sale and purchase as prescribed in regulation 11 of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing)

Regulations 1989 [P.U. (A) 58/1989].
