IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b) of the Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption) (No. 5) Order 2022. Exemption 2. The admission ticket for the Marlo – Altitude: Rise as One show which was held at Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 20 August 2022 and 21 August 2022 is exempted from entertainments duty.
