Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption) 2017
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2022.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in
Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 76, in column (3)—
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (xxii) the following paragraph:
“(xxiii) dried stingray products”.
