Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the

(West Malaysia) (Amendment) (No. 6) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 April 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur”—

(a)

by substituting for item 29 the following item:

“29.

(Route 222): Lebuh Persiaran Tun Khalil Yaakob

From the junction of
