(Kawalan Hasil Penerbitan Tidak Diingini) (No. 8) 2025.

Larangan 2.

Pencetakan, pengimportan, penghasilan, penghasilan semula, penerbitan, penjualan, pengeluaran, pengelilingan, pengedaran atau pemilikan hasil penerbitan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang mungkin memudaratkan kemoralan adalah dilarang secara mutlak di seluruh Malaysia.

PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS

(CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) (NO. 8) ORDER 2025

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1)

of the

Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications

(Control of Undesirable Publications) (No. 8) Order 2025.

Prohibition 2.

The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publication described in the Schedule which is likely to be prejudicial to morality is absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
